Marathon Training Week 2 Recap

Week 2 was more rest than I had planned. I’m experiencing some weird tingling (more on this later) in my calves and feet so wanted to take it easy. One thing I learned from last year’s training is to listen to your body and not to stress if you miss a few training days.

Monday – P90X YogaX

Tuesday – 5.5 Mile Build-up Run
