Marathon Training Week 4 Recap

I only ran twice this week but still hit close to this week’s mileage of 22. Mike and I had plans after work every night this week and then were tired in the morning. SO… we didn’t get in that third run. We needed the sleep this week!

MondayJoggers & Lagers Run Club
5 miles fast (plan called for 5.5) – 8:21-7:53

Tuesday – Rest

Wednesday – Rest

Thursday – Rest

Friday – 60 min. vinyasa yoga at The Yards Park

Saturday – 13 mile run in the shape of Lincoln’s head
(plan called for 11 at 9:41-8:48)
